The exhibition and its accompanying publication explore the fetishization of technology in contemporary techno-capitalist society, where technological objects have become sources of erotic stimulation, substitutes for desires, and objects of worship. The works in the exhibition serve as a critical reflection on how technology mediates\u2014and at times distorts\u2014our perception of intimacy, eroticism, desire, and communication, as well as our very identity, blurring the boundaries between freedom, coercion, and constraint.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"564\" data-end=\"1134\">Emphasis is placed on the power dynamics and dependencies that emerge between the human body and technological tools, which now function as extensions of the body, with these relationships being distinctly tied to consumption and control. The technological ecstasy of our time has also brought forth new self-representation practices and gender portrayals, enforcing distorted perceptions of beauty and creating unrealistic standards.
