Catalogue of the exhibition of the same name. It includes works from the corresponding exhibition hosted at the MOMus-Museum Alex Mylona. The exhibition “All here! 50 Years of Democracy” presented works by four of the most important Greek artists of the post-war era, Vlassis Caniaris, Dimitris Alithinos, Vasso Katraki and A. Tassos, whose works were exhibited during the junta period or shortly after, as symbols of resistance and opposition, hope and democracy. The four artists were “present” with their work as an artistic expression, as a “political” stance and attitude, consciously and without mediation, in one of the darkest periods of Greek history. In addition, the work of the artist Yiannis Pappas, who lives and works in Berlin, was presented in the exhibition as a contrapuntal new approach to memory and history, as a “bridge” between the past and the present.
